The 72-Hour SLA

The PrimeCore delivery-to-generation SLA is 72 hours from commercial execution to first power. It's an engineered timeline, not an aspiration: four phases — order and site confirmation, logistics and dispatch, site prep and placement, and commissioning — each scoped to hold the window. The most common SLA slip is site prep that wasn't complete when modules arrived, so the checklist below is the single most important input your team controls.

Phased Mobilization Plan

Hour 0

Order & site confirmation

Signed commercial structure (rental, lease, purchase, or PaaS) triggers deployment. Defiant confirms site address, load profile, fuel source, access routes, and any permitting prerequisites. A regional deployment lead is assigned.

Hour 0–24

Logistics & dispatch

PrimeCore modules are dispatched from regional staging to the site. Transport is sized to the block count, and delivery is sequenced so the first block arrives ready to place and connect. Permits for temporary prime power are filed in parallel where required.

Hour 24–48

Site prep & placement

Modules are set on the prepared pad or ground-mount stand, fuel connection is made, and the electrical tie-in is landed. The site-prep checklist (below) must be complete before placement so this window holds — most slip risks live here.

Hour 48–72

Commissioning & generation

Onboard auto-paralleling syncs blocks, controls are configured to the load profile, and the block is commissioned to continuous duty. 24/7 telemetry goes live, and the handoff to operations — Defiant-managed (PaaS) or customer-managed (purchase/lease) — is signed off.

Site-Prep Checklist

The checklist must be complete before module placement. Items in progress are fine; items not started are the primary cause of SLA slip. Your Defiant deployment lead will walk through this with your site team during Hour 0–24.

Site & Access

  • Level pad or prepared stand sized to block count
  • All-weather access road for transport & crane
  • Adequate clearance for module placement and service
  • Site security and lighting for 24/7 operation

Fuel Supply

  • Confirmed fuel source (pipeline / CNG / LNG / field gas / propane)
  • Fuel pressure and flow rate validated to block spec
  • Connection point within reach of module fuel inlet
  • Leak-check and pressure-test procedure agreed

Electrical

  • Tie-in point identified and rated to block output
  • Voltage configuration confirmed (480V / 4160V)
  • Grounding and bonding plan in place
  • Switchgear or transfer switch ready for landing

Permitting & Compliance

  • Air permit for prime power filed or exempt
  • Local zoning and noise approvals confirmed
  • EPA and ultra-low-NOx compliance documented
  • Any temporary-use time limits understood

Operations & Telemetry

  • Cellular or satellite signal confirmed for telemetry
  • Operations responsibility assigned (Defiant or host)
  • On-call / response SLA documented
  • Spares and consumables plan for the deployment window

Logistics Requirements

  • Block count is set to the load — start with what you need and parallel additional blocks as load ramps; oversized deployments add cost without benefit.
  • Fuel logistics dominate remote sites: CNG virtual-pipeline or treated field gas must be validated for flow and pressure before mobilization, not after.
  • Transport routing is sequenced to block count — the first block is prioritized so generation can begin while later blocks are still in transit for larger deployments.
  • Telemetry and comms provisioning should complete during site prep, not during commissioning — comms gaps delay the 24/7 handoff.
